Running for Freedom

The cut downs, the instilling of fear and barcoding anger into her mind would never cease. The bitter old man ruined her, and tore her down to her weakest level. His voice, so deep and scary, screaming at her to listen, to comprehend what he wanted but it was impossible. The girl had hit rock bottom, there was no where else to fall, no one to grab on to so they could save her. The tears running down her face, such a beautiful girl in such an ugly situation. He keeps going, pushing a worthless conversation into something so big, degrading her. Saying things that make him feel better, all he wanted was to feel worthwhile. To have the power over someone. The words hit her sharply, but bounce off. She has created a bubble around herself, completely checked herself out of the situation mentally. The man would never see the error of his ways, or what he was doing to his poor girl. How bad he was effecting her, damaging her emotionally. It was his ignorance, his anger, his own personal fear and his own problem with intergrity.

One day, the girl found some hope...someone at the top of the cliff yelling down for her. Someone was sending someone down to save her, someone extradionary and rare. He could beat anyone, he could over-power the bitter man and take her to a better place. He pulled her out, and she thanked him. He whispered in her ear, "Run, run fast now." She didn't think twice. She ran for the freedom that she yearned for within herself. She was so close, just a few steps more and she would be there. The man sat there laughing, taunting her to come back and counting the seconds, minutes, and days til she came staggering back to him. But she wasn't turning back, she would not allow herself to look back, only forward. She was not a child anymore, some may beg to differ but she could make her own decisions and she could learn to stand on her own. She didn't need anybody. She had found her own way, she was free.

I'm making you feel colddd:D

The freezing wind gusted aganist her cheeks making them sting. Her hands had turned a deep navy blue and the jacket on her back was soaked from the falling snow, and stuck to her skin tightly. Every footstep felt more painful than the one before. She longed for a nice warm home along the barren wasteland of ice and snow. The tears pouring down her face were freezing instantly, sometimes in her eyes...making it hard to see. The snow picked up harshly, piercing into her eyes and slamming unmercifully against her body. Her lips were frozen together and her teeth chattered contineously. It was almost impossible to see, and the poor girl stumbled falling in the deep snow. She felt no pain, the cold had taken all her feeling away. Every ounce of strength was gone and she laid there quietly and frigidly. She prayed and waited for someone to come rescue her. No one did.
